L’iPhone 8, che sarà lanciato in autunno, potrebbe battere un nuovo record: quello dello smartphone Apple più caro di sempre.
Secondo un’indiscrezione di Fast Company, raccolta da fonti vicine ad Apple, il nuovo modello avrà un prezzo base superiore ai mille dollari.
L’aumento sarebbe motivato da un nuovo design, con display da 5,8 pollici, da numerose innovazioni tecnologiche, e da materiali più costosi, a partire da uno schermo oled di nuova generazione, molto più costoso degli lcd attualmente utilizzati da Apple, e da un maggiore quantitativo di memoria disponibile.
Insieme all’iPhone 8, la compagnia di Cupertino dovrebbe immettere in commercio anche un iPhone 7s da 4,7 pollici, e un iPhone 7s Plus da 5,5 pollici.
