Il Senato ha approvato oggi, in via definitiva, il decreto legge in materia di lavoro che ha abrogato i voucher e ha modificato alcune norme sulla responsabilità solidale negli appalti.
I voti a favore sono stati 140, quelli contrari 49, gli astenuti 31.
Il provvedimento era stato approvato dalla Camera lo scorso 6 aprile.
Si attende ora il pronunciamento della Corte di Cassazione che, alla luce della nuova normativa, dovrà chiarire se la consultazione popolare è superata o meno.
