L’Unesda, l’industria europea dei soft drinks, ha deciso di non vendere più volontariamente bibite zuccherate nelle scuole secondarie dell’Ue. Via, dunque, dai distributori automatici, lattine di Coca-Cola, Fanta, Liptons, Oasis, Orangina, Pesi, Schweppes e Sprite. Sostituite con aranciate, cola e altre bibite senza zucchero.
“Una buona notizia per l’inizio delle scuole in un Paese come l’Italia dove il 20% dei genitori dichiara che i figli non consumano quotidianamente frutta e verdura, mentre il 36% consuma ogni giorno bevande zuccherate – commenta la Coldiretti – Una svolta necessaria che va sostenuta ed estesa a livello nazionale dove piuà di un bambino su cinque (21,3%) è in eccesso di peso e quasi uno su dieci (9,3%) che è addirittura obeso”.
